Natalie Severa, CPT started her fitness journey as a way to create better habits to improve herself mentally and physically. Her specialty is solo and group personal training, with an understanding of lifestyle challenges as a busy entrepreneur and mother of two. "I understand how life can get in the way of your goals, and I can help you work through those challenges." Natalie is excellent at developing structured fitness programs that are suited to each individual and their fitness goals, whether it's for generalized health and wellbeing, or competition-focused optimization. She has experience in training people of all fitness levels, and all ages, who may be experiencing difficulties with injuries, accountability, and motivation. She also has a keen interest in nutrition and dietary recommendations since she believes that it is a foundational part of becoming healthier and stronger. Natalie created Delco Strength Shop (DSS) to be an inclusive gym of all people, and wanted to build a community where everyone feels comfortable in their second home.
